"My order took 3 weeks to arrive, i even had to send 2 emails checking on it, thank you for refunding my shipping fee but i payed for goat and that was suppose to be removed prior. When my pretzels arrived the package said to freeze the pretzels emidately. I ate 2 since and they seem to still taste ok. ."

"I ordered these soft pretzels along with the pb & j mini pretzels. I only received the pb & j Mini pretzels but I only taste a hint of the strawberry jam but never received the soft pretzels. They have yet to accommodate me with the soft pretzels or a refund and it’s presently going on a month still waiting for some kind of update. I wouldn’t recommend buying pretzels."
"This order was a New Years treat for my daughter and her family. The grandkids were home from college for Christmas break. I remembered from our trip to Germany years ago that the kids loved the soft dough pretzels. THEY STILL DO AS I STILL DO! I have gotten several different orders of the soft dough pretzels. and they are always fresh and yummy. We love them. Also, just discovered, they are great to dip in winter soups."

"I ordered on Tuesday for next day delivery (to be delivered on Wednesday) to a residential address in a residential neighborhood. The FedEx delivery driver tried to deliver it to a "business address" at 9:23am but the business was closed. According the records, the driver took the package back to the FedEx facility at 9:47 am. Guess the driver wanted to go home early! The package was delivered to the correct address on Friday morning. What a fiasco!! I did contact both Pretzel. com and called FedEx regarding the delivery. A lot of time was spent to clarify the bumbled delivery to make sure the package was delivered to the correct address. Do not know if I will be ordering again!!??"
