When I sent to my stepmom in Pittsburgh and the other to my sister also in Pittsburgh the first box to my stepmom receive the 16 braided pretzels, but my sister only received 12 I reached out to pretzels. com and they were so quick to respond! They immediately sent an additional box of 16 braided pretzels to my sister free of charge. Who does that? This is not a common experience and Customer Service these days? My stepmom baked one of the pretzels today and sent me a photo and was so excited and delighted! Thank you again pretzels. com!"
