I have had a few other flavors that are fantastic as well but I have to say the homestyle honey mustard is My Favorite flavor and I've gotten my grandson addicted to them as well! 🥰🥰🥰🥰 I Highly recommend to anyone who loves pretzels to give them a try, you wont regret it!"
"Let me start by saying your Customer Service is second to none. It may just be me, however I was not thrilled with the best seller bundle either. I’m sure it is just a preference thing. I would not share that publicly. What I would share publicly is the exemplary Customer Service that you provide. The pretzels are just not for me but I would certainly order something different in the future. Thank you very much."

"Unfortunately I must let you all know that this company HAS VERY POOR AND DECEPTIVE SERVICE. At first glance, it looks like the shipping policy options are fine. I selected the free “2 day” option as I wanted to receive the pretzels by the weekend. I ordered everything on a Thursday. I received the order on the following TUESDAY. YOU KNOW WHY, they don’t count the weekend as shippable days?? Very odd in this competitive environment with Amazon shipping seemingly almost everything in two days if you have Prime. If you don’t mind waiting this long, good for you. Doesn’t work for us."
