"The pretzels are horrible as far as flavor goes. I bought two gift sets and later asked to return the one. Never received a reply. I've sent three requests to customer service -no reply. Save your money, time, yourself from gifting such a disappointing gift!"

I selected the free “2 day” option as I wanted to receive the pretzels by the weekend. I ordered everything on a Thursday. I received the order on the following TUESDAY. YOU KNOW WHY, they don’t count the weekend as shippable days?? Very odd in this competitive environment with Amazon shipping seemingly almost everything in two days if you have Prime. If you don’t mind waiting this long, good for you. Doesn’t work for us."

Says it can't be found. You "NEVER" speak to a human. You call the phone number only to be told to email them. I did get my money back. That is the only reason they got two stars."
