"I wanted to send some delicious pretzels to a friend who is undergoing some medical issues, and thought pretzels would be something she could munch on without feeling sick, so I turned to pretzels. com. When I tried to check out, I couldn't until I included a gift band to my order. At an additional cost. Why? I didn't need a "gift band", just wanted to send some pretzels."
