"Well, you did great at Christmas on shipping and the gifts went over splendidly. HOWEVER, for my Easter gifts, you goofed !!! Or did I not fill out the address properly. The boxes came to me a week after Easter……at which I delivered them to the appointed address an hour away……. They were accepted grandly. Not to worry, I will remain a loyal customer ………. Thank you. "I will give an honest pros & cons list for this company, specifically the Pretzels. Pros: Tasty Lots of flavors Membership gives discount and free delivery Cons: Overpriced - $12 for a tub of pretzels? There's not a lot in there for that price. Price should be half ($5-7 range). Stale quickly - they go stale real quick, Better eat them in a couple of days All in all, I don't hate the pretzels. They're just not worth the price. I've purchased them twice and only because there was some kind of special/deal. Maybe they're doing alright and don't need this advice but lower the price to the $5-7 range and you'll get more business - I'll sure become a member."

"I purchased the $9. 95 membership for free shipping today, while buying the cashews for my parents' anniversary. Why is it that when I went to also purchase the pretzels and some more cashews for myself this time they tried to charge me again for the $9. 95? I thought that this was across the platform. I gave 3 stars because when I called the phone number on the website, I have to leave a message, and you will return my call whenever possible. That doesn't sit well with me, when I purchased something off of your website."
"To be honest I had really high hopes to pleasantly surprise my Wife. Unfortunately I expected much more of a high end gourmet product! My wife is a real pretzel aficionado and she was quite disappointed with the dry minimum amount of filling and overall flavor. They are definitely super mini bite size as well. Unfortunately we will be sticking to our Costco stuffed pretzels as we continue to look for a gourmet replacement."
