Worst Customer Service Experience Ever
"I can't comment on the product because I haven't tried it yet. I purchased this product as a birthday gift for my daughter, who lives out of state. I ordered it online and a pop up showed to designate where it was to be delivered. I corrected the "dot" to show that I was the payor and my daughter was the recipient. Long story short, it came to my house the day after my dtr's birthday. I called immediately and notified this company through communication with customer service rep "Jessica" and I got a runaround like I never had before in my life. I explained my problem and she kept saying in numerous emails that I would not be refunded for my cost of re-shipping because it went where I sent it. Total cost for a stupid box of pretzels? $80. 00! Fifty for the product, and 30 for shipping. And I had to endure ignorance from my customer service Jessica. Never again! I have the impression that this company just wanted my money and they don't care after that where my package ended up."

A gift for my Auntie who turns years old
"I saw an ad on social media, Instagram and I was curious, and I wanted to send this gift to my favorite Auntie in New York. The ad was PRETZELS. COM. When I got on the site it was easy to Navigate, plenty of flavors to choose from. Even with flavors you would think they cannot do! I wanted to create my own “Happy Birthday Gift Band Box”. You can order individually and they come in sets of 3s or 6 or even 12. On March 3rd, I decided to place my order. I received an order confirmation right away. The site sent me my receipt via email and advised me on my shipment status from beginning to the end. When the delivery person rang my Auntie doorbell she was surprised and excited to receive the gift. She LOVED IT!! I wanted to send a gift that she can enjoy and we all love to eat on our Birthdayssss. Her birthday was on March 4th, 2026, the order did arrive on time. I was happy to see this on my email. This is the perfect gift to eat gourmet as a snack or with a few beers. She did say the packaging was very cute and from all three flavors Auntie did say her favorite was the Strawberry Jelly & Peanut Butter one. On this site they have a bunch of flavors, even flavors that you would think do not exist. So, I prepared a gift package of a set of 3’s which included Strawberry Jelly & Peanut Butter Pretzel, Salted Honey Butter Pretzels & Butter Cinnamon Sugar Twist Pretzels. I prepared a Happy Birthday Gift Band for her that they had on their site. Auntie did say it was the yummy gift she truly enjoyed it. This was another way of saying “I love you on your Birthday and I appreciate you! I will re-order and share this with the people that matter in my life I highly recommend. . . This makes such a wonderful gift. . . People love to EAT!!! THANK YOU PRETZELS. COM!!!! MARIAE."

TERRIBLE SERVICE - STILL NOT DELIVERED
"We placed our order on Nov 29th. Got an email on 12/4 that said order was packed and waiting for pick up. Got another email on 12/14 that said order was shipping. Seriously? 10 days later? Here it is, 12/19, and order has still not been received. INEXCUSABLE. This is my first - and LAST order with Pretzels. com. Totally unsatisfied. Of course, you can not submit the review unless giving it at least 1 star. This order should have negative stars."
