"I'm sorry to say that the first batch of pretzels that were given to me were stale. I called and received a discount which I used for a replacement order. They also were stale. So, your packaging needs to be corrected specially when delivering to Fl. and when the driver leaves the package on the front porch overnight."

"I saw an ad on social media, Instagram and I was curious, and I wanted to send this gift to my favorite Auntie in New York. The ad was PRETZELS. COM. When I got on the site it was easy to Navigate, plenty of flavors to choose from. Even with flavors you would think they cannot do! I wanted to create my own “Happy Birthday Gift Band Box”. You can order individually and they come in sets of 3s or 6 or even 12. On March 3rd, I decided to place my order. I received an order confirmation right away. The site sent me my receipt via email and advised me on my shipment status from beginning to the end. When the delivery person rang my Auntie doorbell she was surprised and excited to receive the gift. She LOVED IT!! I wanted to send a gift that she can enjoy and we all love to eat on our Birthdayssss. Her birthday was on March 4th, 2026, the order did arrive on time. I was happy to see this on my email. This is the perfect gift to eat gourmet as a snack or with a few beers. She did say the packaging was very cute and from all three flavors Auntie did say her favorite was the Strawberry Jelly & Peanut Butter one. On this site they have a bunch of flavors, even flavors that you would think do not exist. So, I prepared a gift package of a set of 3’s which included Strawberry Jelly & Peanut Butter Pretzel, Salted Honey Butter Pretzels & Butter Cinnamon Sugar Twist Pretzels. I prepared a Happy Birthday Gift Band for her that they had on their site. Auntie did say it was the yummy gift she truly enjoyed it. This was another way of saying “I love you on your Birthday and I appreciate you! I will re-order and share this with the people that matter in my life I highly recommend. . . This makes such a wonderful gift. . . People love to EAT!!! THANK YOU PRETZELS. COM!!!! MARIAE."
"The pretzels were good but they arrived two days late. I sent them to my father for Valentine's day and he didn't get them until the following Tuesday. I ordered them on February 9th and he didn't receive them until February 17th. When I ordered them your website said shipping time would be 3-5 days. 5 days would have been 2/14. Your business is based on celebrating special occasions, so I'm sure you are aware who time-sensitive deliveries are. So, pretzels good (according to my dad) but delivery time bad. Contact your UPS partners and let them know their failure to deliver is costing you your integrity."

"The pretzels were very good. I was worried about how they would keep, but was surprised that they stayed crunchy after a period of time. Prices a little higher than regular pretzels, but comparable to the gourmet pretzels you can buy. I am thinking of joining their club as free shipping would be worth the cost and so many different varieties to try! It was a great Christmas gift and I will purchase them again!"

"Great sizes and good flavors but honestly for what I paid for especially after my first order got lost and they made me pay 50% on a second order the pretzels were very stale and hard. They didn’t seem to be fresh like store bought pretzels which was disappointing but at least the flavor was good."
