"Did not receive cashews and never received a response to my email reporting they were never received. I am a customer service lead at my company and this is not acceptable to ignore a customer or not make it right on something they paid lots of money for (considering it’s FOOD)! Also, the pretzels in the TraditionalPretz mix were stale. And so were the nuts. Yuck!"
