Baked Onion Pretzel Dip- Makes 2 cups: 1 cup chopped sweet onion, 1 cup mayo, 1 cup shredded swiss cheese, 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, ¼ teaspoon garlic salt, and optional parsley.

Directions: In a bowl, mix the mayo, onion, parmesan, and garlic salt. Once mixed, slowly stir in the swiss cheese and move the mixture into a baking dish. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle fresh parsley and enjoy!

Dijon Bacon Pretzel Dip- Makes 1 ½ cups: 1 cup mayo, ½ cup dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish, ¼ cup bacon bits.

Directions: quite simply combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Let it chill in the fridge for at least thirty minutes, then serve and enjoy!
