We love your enthusiasm! We understand it, too. That’s why we take pride in getting pretzels in your hands - or the hands of your loved ones - in three business days via FedEx Air*. After all, there’s no point of us making pretzels if you’re not eating them.

*We must ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS and shipping times will vary. Shipping times for international orders will vary as well.

Of course, you can! We can’t offer express shipping to these addresses, so we ship via USPS priority mail. We still take great care to make sure your pretzels arrive as soon as possible.

We believe the passion for pretzels should be universal, so we ship to over 100 countries in the name of tastebuds. From Rome, New York to Rome, Italy and beyond, we’ve got you covered. Simply fill in the shipping address to see estimated shipping times, costs, and additional tariffs.

We hope you do! Our pretzels make the perfect gift for any occasion - birthdays, anniversaries, or just because. Your recipient will receive our pretzels in a beautiful gift box with a custom note from you. Domestic orders arrive in three business days via FedEx Air.

Putting off pretzels? We’re fascinated by your willpower. But, yes, you can certainly schedule a future order. Whether ordering for yourself or someone else, you can schedule a delivery date up to six weeks in advance. We recommend that you select a day or two before your desired date in the event of carrier issues.

Our products can’t be returned, even if they’re unopened. This is due to food safety regulations. But rest assured - if there is a problem with your order, we’ll work to make it right. Email us at hello@pretzels.com.
